Rosa hybrida 'Charles De Mills' has large ruffled crimson purple blooms which have many petals. Few thorns. Fragrant. Inducted into the Old Rose Hall of Fame in 2015 - World Federation of Rose Societies. Flowers once a year but puts on an exceptional display over many weeks.
