Cancellation & Refund Policy

All orders are final at the time of purchase. Due to the seasonal, perishable, and allocated nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations or provide refunds for change of mind.

If your circumstances change, please contact us promptly. Any assistance we provide is entirely at our discretion and as a goodwill gesture only — it is not a cancellation right and does not set a precedent.

Plant Orders (Pre-Orders)

Plant orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, as a discretionary goodwill gesture only, we may consider the following where stock allocation and timing allow:

Cancellation request received Discretionary outcome
Before 1 July, status Order Confirmed Full refund may be considered
1–14 July Refund of 75% may be considered
15–31 July Refund of 50% may be considered
1 August onwards No refund under any circumstances
Status is Awaiting Pickup, Order Processed, Shipped, or Completed No refund under any circumstances

Any refund granted under the above is a gratuitous payment, not an acknowledgement of any cancellation entitlement.

Where an incorrect shipping method was selected resulting in underpayment, no cancellation or refund is available.

Subject to availability, individual items within an order may be substituted with items of equivalent value.

Engraved Labels

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed, as items are custom-made to order.

Non-Plant Items

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Workshops

Workshop bookings are non-refundable. As a discretionary goodwill gesture only:

  • Cancellation more than 4 weeks before the workshop date — 50% refund may be considered
  • Cancellation within 4 weeks — no refund under any circumstances

If we cancel a workshop, a full refund will be provided.
