Heritage Fruit Trees may at its discretion charge cancellation fees when orders are cancelled by customers.

Cancellation fees cover the administrative cost to cancel orders including updating inventory, generating refunds and in the case of plants the reduced time available to sell items reintroduced to inventory from cancelled orders. Plants are on sale from early April until the end of August each year. As the plant selling season progresses it becomes more difficult to sell stock from cancelled orders.

Non-plant product orders, excepting Workshops

Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours of order creation as long as packing operations have not commenced. Cancellation is not available after that time. There is no order cancellation charge.

Workshop Bookings

Cancellations prior to 4 calendar weeks before the workshop date incur a cancellation fee of $25.
Cancellations prior to 2 calendar weeks before the workshop date incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the workshop fee the remaining amount will be refunded.
Later cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Plant orders

Orders cancelled between the season catalogue launch and 30 April inclusive will not incur a cancellation fee.
Orders cancelled from 1 May - 31 May inclusive will incur a cancellation fee of $25, the remaining amount will be refunded.
Orders cancelled between 1 June and 30 June inclusive incur a cancellation fee of $25 or 25% of the order value whichever is greater, the remaining amount will be refunded. 
Orders cancelled between 1 July and 31 July inclusive incur a cancellation fee of $25 or 50% of the order value whichever is greater, the remaining amount will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for orders cancelled after 31 July.
