Orders containing plant & Non-plant products
Orders for plant items may cancelled for a full refund while order status is Order Confirmed until 31 July after which a 25% order cancellation fee will be charged until 14 August after which a 50% order cancellation fee will be charged. After order status has changed to Awaiting Pick-up, Order Processed, Shipped or Completed refunds are no longer available.
Orders for engraved labels may be cancelled for a full refund unless the labels have been engraved in which case the labels will be supplied with no refund possible.
Orders for non-plant products my be cancelled at anytime prior to shipping.
Cancellation of Workshop Bookings incurs a fee as follows:
Cancellations prior to 4 calendar weeks before the workshop date incur a cancellation fee of $25.
Cancellations prior to 2 calendar weeks before the workshop date incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the workshop fee. The remaining amount will be refunded.
Later cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
