1. Wait for your pickup notification by email and text
   Only come once we’ve contacted you that your order is “Awaiting Pickup.”
   
   
2. Book your pickup time
   Use the link we send to choose your collection slot.
   Pickup days are Fridays and Saturdays.
   Last pickup for 2026: Saturday, August 29
   
   
3. Follow the steps below on arrival
   Can’t make it? Contact us to arrange shipping instead.

When You Arrive

• Text your name & rego to the number displayed in the car park (text only)

• Stay with your car – we’ll bring your trees bundled together with their damp roots secured in plastic bags.

• Bringing a trailer?
  Only do so if confident reversing. Most orders fit in a car – check with us if unsure.
