Red Princess (TM) European Pear (dwarf)

$59.95

Red Princess™ European Pear (Pyrus communis ‘Red Princess’) is an Australian-selected European pear from Victoria’s Goulburn Valley, producing attractive medium to large fruit with red to orange skin that develops richer colour with good sun exposure. The crisp white flesh is sweet, with lemony and floral pear flavours, and has the unusual advantage of resisting browning when cut. Fruit can be enjoyed crisp from the tree or allowed to soften after harvest for a melting texture. The dwarf tree is a prolific bearer suited to smaller gardens and large containers.
