Plant orders:
• Full refund if cancelled by 31 July while status is Order Confirmed
• 25% fee from 1–14 August, 50% fee from 15 August
• No refunds once status is Awaiting Pickup, Processed, Shipped, or Completed
• No cancellation/refund if shipping was underpaid (e.g. incorrect method selected) -
Engraved labels:
• Refundable only if not yet engraved -
Non-plant items:
• Fully refundable prior to shipping
Cancellation of Workshop Bookings incurs a fee as follows:
Cancellations prior to 4 calendar weeks before the workshop date incur a cancellation fee of $25.
Cancellations prior to 2 calendar weeks before the workshop date incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the workshop fee. The remaining amount will be refunded.
Later cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
