Lilac Primrose (Syringa vulgaris 'Primrose') has unusual gorgeous fragrant creamy yellow single flowers that become more intense as they age. This long-lived deciduous shrub has heart-shaped lighter-green green leaves and some autumn foliage. Selected in Holland in 1949. Awarded the Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit.
