We first spotted ornamental Grape 'Roxy Red' (Vitis vinifera 'Roxy Red') in a Beaufort garden, admiring it for years. We have since secured a cutting and now grow it in our own garden. The name 'Roxy Red' is in loving memory of Merv (Mervin) Roxburgh - A leading and much respected builder in the district as well as a volunteer for decades at the local Country Fire Authority fire-brigade.

- Type: Ornamental grape vine
- Uses: Grow over pergolas, over garden arches, for shade, along fence lines
- Features: Vigorous, hardy, easy to grow and maintain, and dry tolerant. Magnificent deep red to burgundy autumn foliage.
