Red Sensation Pear

Originated in Victoria in the 1930s and released in the late 1950s. Similar appearance to Bartlett, but features higher sugar content. Has brilliant, bright-red skin and is deliciously sweet.

  • Size: up to 5 metres tall when mature
  • Uses: eating, preserving
  • Harvest: Late Feb - March
  • Features: Standout appearance, very sweet
