Pyrus pyrifolia 'Kosui' - Medium to vigorous, moderately productive dwarf-tree with partially russeted, golden yellow to tan, attractive fruit. Excellent eating quality, tender, very juicy, high sugar, low acid.

  • Harvest: Mid to late season
  • Storage:  two months at least
  • Pollination: with Hosui, Chojuro, Nijisseiki
  • Chill: approx 600hrs
  • Origin: Japan (1959), P. pyrifolia, Kikusui x Wasekozo.
