Known as the Pillar Apple, M. tschonoskii has a fastigiate habit and is ideal for narrow spaces and avenues with limited room such as driveways. Pink buds follow by white/pink blossom, then small fruit that are yellow-green and finally the grey-green foliage turns to beautiful autumnal shades of red.
