CONFIRMATION
Your booking is confirmed when we have received your payment.
BIOSECURITY IS CRITICAL
Under no circumstances bring fruit or parts of fruit trees onto our property. If you want pests or diseases identified bring only photographs.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please do not arrive before the nominated arrival time as we will be busy feeding animals, watering plants and with last minute preparations. If you are quite early you may like to spend some time in town - we are only 5 minutes away.
RUNNING LATE
Sometimes unexpected things happen so, if you are running late please text us on 0491 312 388 (text only number) with the time you expect to arrive - we will do our best to help you catch up.
CANCELLATIONS & CREDITS:
Prior to 4 calendar weeks before the workshop date - no charge.
Prior to 2 calendar weeks before the workshop date will receive a refund of 50%.
Later cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
TOTAL FIRE BAN
In the event a Total Fire Ban has been declared for the South West Fire District on the day (usually notified by 4:00pm the previous day) the workshop may be rescheduled (generally for 7 days later). We will notify you by email if rescheduling the workshop by 6:00pm of the day prior to the workshop.
CHILDREN
There is no charge for children under 16 to accompany attendees provided they do not inconvenience other paying attendees by taking limited seating or creating a disturbance. There are no child-minding facilities and children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
NO SMOKING
No smoking is permitted on any part of our farm.
DOGS AND OTHER PETS
Sorry, no pets allowed!
CLOTHING
Workshops often include walks to various parts of the farm. Please wear footwear suitable for walking over rough ground and in unmown grass. Waterproof footwear and clothing may be necessary in the event of rain. Wear a hat for sun protection and carry your own water.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Please respect our privacy and that of other attendees by not photographing our possessions and buildings or others in attendance. Photographs of details related to the subject of the workshop are welcome.
NOTE-TAKING
Please bring your own note-taking materials.
CANCELLATION OF WORKSHOP
In the event of insufficient bookings or illness or other serious unforeseen circumstance we may elect to cancel a workshop. We will endeavour to give at least 5 days notice and refund payments in full.
