The Arnold Promise Witch Hazel (Hamamelis x intermedia 'Arnold Promise') is a very attractive upright deciduous garden shrub. It has crinkled yellow highly fragrant flowers towards the end of winter. The leaves emerge after the flowers. Green leaves turn to yellow with a hint of orange in autumn. Awarded the Royal Horticultural Society Award of Garden Merit (UK).
