Plant Labels
We have relied on our suppliers to ensure scion stock trees and rootstocks are correctly named and take great care during grafting and growing operations to maintain accurate labelling, however we give no warranty that trees are correctly labelled.

Alternative Selections
If no alternative variety is noted on the order form then none will be provided and no charge for that item will be made. The cost of trees thus not supplied will be refunded.
Unless noted by the customer with their order we will supply selected varieties with an alternative rootstock if a tree with the preferred rootstock is no longer in stock.

Dispatch
We take great care to ensure trees are in good order at the time of dispatch. We accept no responsibility for stock once it has left our nursery. Please direct any claims related to damaged packaging or delayed delivery to Australia Post.

Advice
The viability and vitality of all plants depends on the care, conditions, location and environment in which they grow and therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any advice or information, including plant size, supplied by Heritage Fruit Trees is relevant to their circumstances.

Free Offers, Specials, Collections
Free Offers, Specials and Collections are available only as long as stocks of nominated varieties are available and will be allocated strictly in the order in which complying customer orders are received.

Returns
Faulty or incorrect items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund of the full product purchase price, not including postage and packing charges, provided they are returned in good condition. Items that are broken, damaged or whose roots have dried out are not eligible for a refund. Contact us by phone or email before returning items.
